Postage

We guarantee the dispatch of your item within 5 working days from the cleared payment, but usually we ship all items within 1-3 working days.

Some items may take longer to ship and it is clearly stated in the description of such item.

We ship all items from our gallery in Poland or Czech republic depending on stock availability.

We made it really easy for you to know, how much will you pay for the postage.

EU postage:

CUSTOMS FEES: Czech Poster Gallery is only responsible for shipping the product, while the customer has to absorb any import costs if applicable.

Posters shipped worldwide are always sent by tracked service.

International Shipping & Customs

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
Any charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
If an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, we can either resend it (additional shipping cost applies) or refund the product price (excluding shipping).

Lost parcels

We ship all orders using reliable postal services and carefully track each shipment. In over 15 years of operation, we have never experienced a permanently lost parcel — all shipments have either been successfully delivered or returned to us in cases of non-delivery.

Please note that parcels may occasionally be delayed or temporarily held by customs, depending on local postal services and regulations in the destination country.

Once a parcel enters the postal system of the destination country, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or handling issues caused by the local postal service. However, if a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you promptly to arrange reshipment or a refund, according to your preference.

*We reserve the right to change the shipping prices for heavy and extra heavy items to certain areas of the world as they can easily extend our prices. For example, sending a 3kg book to Japan may cost over £80!
