How Our Consignment Model Works

1. You Send the Posters to Us

You ship your posters to our gallery.
You remain the legal owner until they are sold.

Upon arrival, we inspect, catalogue, and prepare them for presentation.

You are responsible only for shipping the posters to us.

2. We Handle the Entire Sales Process

We take care of:

• Payment processing

• All related tax obligations on our side

You do not need to manage inquiries, logistics, or paperwork with buyers.

3. Pricing Strategy

Pricing depends on the specific poster, its rarity, condition, and demand.

Some pieces may be positioned in the €100–150 range, while others may be offered between €200–250 or higher.

We remain flexible and monitor market response carefully to ensure optimal positioning.

4. Commission Structure

We operate on a transparent 50/50 commission model.

The final selling price (excluding shipping costs to the buyer) is divided equally between us.

This reflects the full-service model we provide — including storage, presentation, marketing, sales management, and secure shipping.

5. Payment Terms

You receive your share within 14 days after the poster has been delivered to the buyer.

For accounting purposes, a simple sales agreement is signed in the month of each sale.
We prepare the document — you only need to sign and return a scan or photo.

6. Consignment Period

The initial consignment period is 12 months.

After that, we review the cooperation together and extend it if both sides are satisfied.

Unsold posters can be returned upon request.
